How to search

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

RUSS Independence

finds documents containing 'RUSS' or 'Independence'

RUSS or Independence

same as above

RUSS and Independence

finds documents containing both 'RUSS' and 'Independence'

RUSS and not Independence

finds documents containing 'RUSS' but not 'Independence'

finds documents containing words starting with 'web'
