March 30, 2000 - WOW Lecture and Computer Lab presented to regional water resource professionals, teachers and lake associations in a continuing education workshop focused on New Technology and Techniques for Understanding Lakes, Itasca Community College, Grand Rapids, MN (Rich Axler and Cindy Hagley and Sue Hutchins).

March 29, 2000 À WOW introduced to rotating groups of highschool students and teachers as part of a full day St. Louis River RiverWatch Festival, Fond du Lac Community College, Cloquet, MN (Cindy Hagley.)
